Forever Knight Item - Catherine Disher's Forever Knight Jacket?

So ... saw this listing pop up on eBay.  Seller says she's Catherine Disher and Ger designed and had this jacket made for her and a few other cast members.  Bidding will go 8 days and starts at $500 CAD.  Thoughts?

Well, anyway you look at it (Catherine Disher connection or not), it's certainly quite an FK souvenir. Not personally a collector; but quite a lot of fans do, I know.

Hard to say. Doesn't look new, but Cathrin Disher making an eBay account just to sell this one item? Sounds a bit weird to me. Nonetheless, a cast jacket is a really cool collector's item.
I'd be more interested in the whereabouts of a certain sword-shaped pin, but I doubt it would ever pop up on eBay. :D

I've made a "signal boost" post for you. Maybe some of the other folks who read my journal will know for certain whether these jackets were a real thing GWD did, and whether this really sounds like CD. (They don't speak up about FK much these days, but I am still in touch with a few FK fans who know a lot more than me about those kinds of things.)

I have no hard evidence either way, so I'm holding back the urge to opine without data. :-)

Unless I see a picture of Catherine Disher holding or wearing that jacket, I won't actually believe it's her. So I sent a message via Ebay and asked if there were any pictures that could be posted to the entry - let's see if that happens!

Also someone could ask Catherine Disher herself at C2E2 in April; she'll be there in a couple weeks.

So I had a reply from someone, but no pictures, and they'll "think about it." They were really nice and I was really nice too! But who knows.

Roots is a real Canadian company and they were definitely open back in the FK day. Anyone know any other cast members to ask?
